At SHADE X, we take immense pride in the digital precision and quality of our custom-cut shading shields. Because each set is 1:1 tailored to your specific vehicle model and shipped directly from our global manufacturing facility in China, please review our policy regarding returns and replacements carefully.
1. 30-DAY RETURN ELIGIBILITY (UNUSED ITEMS)
We accept return applications within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be in pristine, factory condition.
The protective backing film must NOT have been peeled off.
The sheets must be free of any physical creases, folds, or scratches (Note: Our 0.5mm PC material is rigid; any fold results in permanent damage).
The product must be in its original 1.1m reinforced shipping tube.
2. INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING
SHADE X products are precision-engineered and shipped directly from China to maintain factory-direct pricing.
Customer Responsibility: For "change of mind" returns or incorrect model selection by the customer, the buyer is responsible for all international return shipping costs and any applicable import duties/taxes.
Important Note: Due to the 1.1m length of the packaging, international return shipping rates are typically high ($40 - $80 USD). We strongly encourage customers to double-check their vehicle model before purchasing.
3. MANUFACTURING ERRORS & SHIPPING DAMAGE
We stand behind our 1:1 Fitment Database.
Damaged on Arrival: If the shipping tube arrives severely deformed, please take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Fitment Issues: If the product does not match your vehicleโ€™s geometry due to a manufacturing error, we will provide a 100% FREE replacement for the affected sheets. You do not need to ship the incorrect items back.
4. THE SHADE X "INSTALLATION PROTECTION"
We understand that accidents can happen during the first time you handle our semi-rigid sheets. While we do not offer refunds for items damaged during installation, we offer a "50% OFF Replacement Credit".
If you accidentally crease or damage a sheet during installation, contact our support team with a photo, and we will allow you to re-purchase the specific replacement sheet at 50% of the retail price.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Products with the protective backing film removed.
Products that have been installed or attempted to be installed.
Sheets with visible creases or structural damage caused by improper handling.
Orders where the customer provided the incorrect vehicle Year/Make/Model.
Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or promotional clearance.
6. HOW TO START A CLAIM
